Dear Jamie and Cathy,

We would like to express our thanks for our new home at Kingfisher Cove. We are enjoying the beautiful setting on the Bay of Quinte. Early morning walks on the trail to the bay with our dog has given us opportunity to view gorgeous sunrises and numerous waterfowl.

From initial viewing of the model home to the closing on our own condominium you have been most helpful in addressing any questions or concerns and accommodating our requests promptly, thoroughly and efficiently. Cathys' professional, helpful and interested manner was beneficial and enjoyed as we made decisions and choices about our new home.

The attention to detail and craftsmanship and expertise of all trades is to be commended. We have also been very appreciative of any follow up work attended to by Glen since moving in.

After twenty years in our home in the country the transition to our new condo townhome by the bay has been pleasant and enjoyable. The convenience of location to the 401 as well as beautiful Prince Edward County and local provincial parks in greatly valued. We continue to look forward to living and enjoying our home and surroundings.
